Use of data
Escrow Map republishes public regulator records for informational purposes. EscrowMap does not certify, approve, recommend, verify, insure, or rank any company. It shows public regulator records and reviewed corrections.
No warranty
Data is provided as-is from scheduled DFPI snapshots and reviewed corrections. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Check the official DFPI record before using any listing in a file workflow.
Prohibited uses
Do not use Escrow Map to harass offices, scrape for bulk unsolicited outreach, or imply that Escrow Map or Veto certifies, approves, or endorses any company.
Changes
We may update these terms or the public dataset as the project evolves. Material dataset changes are documented on the status page.
