Public, source-linked directory of DFPI-licensed independent escrow offices. Updated weekly from the regulator registry. Active DFPI-licensed escrow offices in the public DFPI registry.
Data as of 2026-06-20. Current source packet / run receipt.
What this dataset includes
- DFPI license number, company name, legal name, and DBA when listed
- Office address, city, county, license status, and regulator source URL
- Company website and office phone only when publicly sourced and reviewed for publication
- Weekly opens, closures, relocations on the changes feed
What it excludes
- Personal contact information, owner names, and private relationship notes
- Trust scores, endorsements, rankings, or verification claims
- DRE, CDI, or other non-DFPI license regimes on the public map until source-linked and reviewed
