Public records requests
EscrowMap uses public sources and reviewed corrections. Some datasets require formal public-records requests before they can be published on the map. This page tracks what was requested, what was received, and what remains under review.

DRE broker-controlled escrow activity is reported on RE 890 forms; the licensee file alone is not sufficient for public map pins. CDI has provided a Company Search link, which is a source-review starting point, not a public map-publishing gate. See public-record lanes for how labels work on the map.
