For escrow office owners and operators
Check the public record before it enters a file workflow.
EscrowMap republishes source-linked DFPI public records. Use this page to check the public row, correct stale fields, and prepare a narrow Veto file replay request without turning EscrowMap into a sales or review surface.
- 1. Find the public office row. Search by company, license number, city, county, or address. Each branch page links back to the official DFPI record.
- 2. Open the branch page. Use the branch page URL when a lender, partner, vendor, or internal file needs the exact public-record citation.
- 3. Submit a correction when the public row is stale. Send only the field, the current public value, and the source that supports the correction.
- 4. Keep private relationship context private. Do not send personal cell phones, owner lists, relationship notes, or private membership material through the public correction form.
What to send for a narrow Veto file replay
For a file-record review, send the public branch page, the counterparties named in the file, the wire/payoff instruction version being reviewed, and the known-contact basis your office used. The useful question is whether the file record matches the office decision path, not whether EscrowMap approves a company.
