Escrow Map publishes only fields derived from public DFPI regulator records and reviewed corrections. We do not publish personal contact information, owner names, or private relationship notes on public pages.
If you subscribe to change alerts, we store your email address, watch scope, and subscription status. We use double opt-in before sending alerts. You can unsubscribe via the link in each email.
Correction submissions may include your email so we can follow up. Accepted corrections may appear on public branch pages with the cited public source. Rejected submissions stay private.
